These exfoliation loofah sponges are fabulous and are made by nature. In Uganda, where they are from, they actually grow in the trees.

The sponges are coarse and can be used both dry and wet. They will provide great exfoliation and can be used all over the body (daily or weekly) for a great scrub. Although, most people would likely prefer something less coarse for their face.
Sizes vary, but these are large, typically measuring at least 10 inches by 7 inches.
They are one thin "layer" and can be folded or scrunched when wet or folded around a bar of soap. There are lots of ways to use them. And, they will lose the coarseness with use (depending how often you use them and how hard you scrub). Some people find that they last a month or two, even with daily use.
