Exchange and Return Policy

 

We hope you will love your handmade items. But, if for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of purchase.  Simply contact us for instructions for mailing any items back to us. This will be most easily handled via email (TigendeDesign@gmail.com). You as the buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping charges. And, any item to be returned must in brand new condition and with original packaging. We will process your refund immediately upon receiving the returned items.
